Description:
Offered for sale is a large decorative Satsuma style porcelain vase with lid in a deep cobalt blue color with rich gilt decoration. The piece is adorned with elegant ornaments and decorative panels depicting scenes with ladies standing on a balcony surrounded by flowers and architectural details.
The surface of the vase features refined Art Nouveau inspired ornamentation with gold decoration and enamel details resembling hanging jewels and decorative garlands. The contrast between the deep cobalt background and the gilded patterns creates a striking and luxurious appearance.
