Antique mug Alex Clark Co Ltd and silver-plated plate WILLIAM R.SHIRTCLIFFE & SON
Beautiful mug with deep silver plating, made in England, London at the beginning of the 20th century by master Alex Clark Co Ltd. The mug has the inscription "Christmas contest 1959"
The height of the mug is about 12 cm (4.7 inches), the diameter at the top is about 9 cm (3.5 inches).
Silver-plated plate with a perforated edge, made in the early 20th century in England, Sheffield by WILLIAM R.SHIRTCLIFFE & SON. The plate has the stamp of the master, number and marking A 1, which means a thick coating of silver.
The diameter of the plate is approximately 15 cm (6 inches).
The items are in good vintage condition, there are a few scratches (see photos and videos).
